Regarding:        Discovery demand/ request for Jason lisle.


Please provide a copy of the following to me within 24 hours of receipt of this letter.

 Just call me and I can come pick up the items:

1.         A copy of your file in my case.

2.         A copy of the transcript of the grand jury proceedings.

3.         Copies of all exhibits in the grand jury proceedings.

4.         Copies of the chemical analysis of the chemicals found at the crime scene.

5.         Please provide the names of all persons who will testify at trial.

6.         Please disclose the names of all confidential informants leading up to my case.

7.         All information that you have regarding the following persons arrested or not on the same day as me:

            a.         Curtis

            b.         Clint

            c.          Amy

            d.         Malita the woman in possession of the house.

8.         Please list the names of all persons whose cars were stopped by police near the house where I was arrested between 6 pm and 10 pm on the day of my arrest. Please provide a copy of each of their case files to me.

9.         Please provide me with a copy of the search warrant.

10.       Fingerprint analysis. Were my fingerprints found at the scene?

11.       Please provide me with a signed copy of the affidavit for the search warrant.


In the alternative you may realize that I am innocent. Please consider dismissing me at this time and save us all some needless work.
