THE COURT: Cause No. 5531, Jason Keith Lisle Okay. This was set the previous time, is that
MR. DAVIS: It was set the last time we had we had a jury and Mr. Lisle had not been served with an indictment. And he was subsequently served and told to come back today and, you know, we'd find out whether he needed to have a lawyer appointed or whether held want to hire a lawyer, or just what his situation was.
THE COURT: All right. Mr. Lisle what
THE DEFENDANT: I've got a lawyer.

case, but I'd like the Defendant under oath if you'll put him under oath and let me ask him a few questions about his attorney.
Because this -- this guy that he claims is his attorney and has filed all he's been filing the stuff, not some attorney. this stuff
And this guy doesn't have a license to practice in the State of Texas, at least according to the State bar. I assume they know.
